Marvin I tried adding the two options to /etc/wvdial.conf , but it did not work.( as far as I read in manual page of wvdial.conf these options are ON by default ) I also tried "ifconfig eht0 down" and "ifconfig eht1 down" to shutdown my wired and wireless networks before dialout, but this did not work neither. :( I am hopeful you can help me find the problem.
