Further to my earlier request: After playing around a bit I have found that wvdial isn't hanging-up when I kill the terminal that I started it with. If I close all terminal windows I am still connected to the net. "sudo /etc/init.d/sl-modem-daemon stop" will force a hang-up but I still can't re-connect. Does that help? Regards Trevor
