Hi Bart, Hmm.. this is an interesting case. Make install does the same thing, but also installs the AgrModemDaemon file and some other scripts that you likely won't need, hence we just suggest 'make module'. Something else to try would be to rename the /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.27-9-generic directory and replace it with a symlink to /usr/src/linux. (or try uninstalling the headers.) Bjorn.
