Dear Marvin,

You were right: wvdial was not properly configured.

Now I'm able to connect, but the connection (both with wvdial and with kppp) is
somehow unstable, and lasts a maximum of 10-15 minutes; also the speed
is a bit low.
By comparison, with Windows I can be connected 1 hour or more, and the
speed is good.

Any suggestion?
