Devon, Let wvdial run in the background, and if you can open a tab or another terminal shell please do $ sudo gedit /etc/resolv.conf and add nameserver 64.40.40.53 nameserver 66.54.140.10 If you can leave "Stupid mode = yes", it would be much better. Please add the numbers to /etc/resolv.conf save and try browsing again.
