[root@localhost ~]# ls -l /dev/slamr0 /dev/ttySL0
ls: cannot access /dev/ttySL0: No such file or directory
crw-rw---- 1 root uucp 242, 0 2007-06-19 13:20 /dev/slamr0
[root@localhost ~]# modprobe ungrab-winmodemd
FATAL: Module ungrab_winmodemd not found.
[root@localhost ~]#    mknod -m 660 /dev/slamr0 c 242 0 2>/dev/null && chgrp uucp  /dev/slamr
[root@localhost ~]# modprobe slamr
[root@localhost ~]# slmodemd -c USA /dev/slamr0
error: mdm setup: cannot open dev `/dev/slamr0': No such device
error: cannot setup device `/dev/slamr0'
[root@localhost ~]# 
[root@localhost ~]# dmesg | grep slamr
slamr: module license 'Smart Link Ltd.' taints kernel.
slamr: SmartLink AMRMO modem.
slamr: probe 2000:2800  \$      t$ |$    G0 card...
slamr: cannot create card.
slamr: probe of 0000:04:01.0 failed with error -12

this odd : i see at kppp list /dev/ttySL0 ,...,/dev/ttySL3  but it were  not at /dev/
and this message is first time i get it
[root@localhost ~]# modprobe ungrab-winmodemd
FATAL: Module ungrab_winmodemd not found.
what hapen? what i do?
