I tried Marv pre-compiled driver and I get exactly the same error.
Then I've tried your modified setup file attached but I get this error
message:

sudo: unable to execute ./setup: No such file or directory
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By the way I renamed the original setup file to original_setup.
