Hello, Please obtain the http://phep2.technion.ac.il/linmodems/packages/ltmodem/11c11040/agrsm-20080626.tar.gz package and follow the instructions in http://phep2.technion.ac.il/linmodems/packages/ltmodem/11c11040/HOWTO-Agere-11c11040-HDA.html The driver you're using appears to be older than the current version. Scanmodem CAN detect the modem with your ATI card drivers enabled, so hopefully the upgrade will work.
