I recently installed Ubuntu 8.04.1 on my computer, and then installed the xorg-driver-fglrx_7.1.0-8-3+2.6.24.14-21.51_i386.deb package for my ATI graphics. But when I try to install the package agrsm-20080203.tar for my Winmodem, my modem does not get detected. The odd thing is that when I disable the ATI drivers, the modem is detected and I can easily connect to the internet. Is there a fix for this incompatibility? Thanks :]
