Re: New Modem, new Chance (Iran)

A problem appears that the LT Modem is there? but there is an IRQ problem:

05:04.0 Memory controller: Agere Systems LT WinModem (rev 02)
       Subsystem: Agere Systems LT WinModem
Control: I/O- Mem- BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop-
ParErr- Stepping- SERR- FastB2B-
       Status: Cap+ 66MHz- UDF- FastB2B+ ParErr- DEVSEL=medium
>TAbort- <TAbort- <MAbort- >SERR- <PERR+
       Latency: 0 (63000ns min, 3500ns max)
Interrupt: pin A routed to IRQ 255
       Region 0: Memory at 70000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable)
[disabled] [size=64K]
       Region 1: I/O ports at 10a0 [disabled] [size=8]
       Region 2: I/O ports at <ignored> [disabled]
       Capabilities: <access denied>

Can you try booting with acpi=off or noacpi when the computer boots
and/or check BIOS settings. The device appears to be there, but the
<access denied> denied it?

Regards,

Antonio
