Hi Mostafa, Please read the instructions in http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/ltmodem/11c11040/HOWTO-Agere-11c11040-HDA.html and follow them to install and build the modem driver for your system. Unfortunately we do not have a precompiled driver we can link you to. Let me know if you run in to problems. Bjorn.
