I sent an email earlier today requesting help, with the ModemData.txt
file attached.
I haven't heard back, and I've tried to decipher the document a bit on
my own.
In the section above the end Agere Systems section, it says to go to the
ltmodem/11c11040 directory under packages, and to use either
agrsm-HDA-20080721-ALSA15.tar.bz2 or agrsm-HDA-20080721.tar.bz2. I
downloaded these packages and installed them following the directions in
the agrsm howto.txt. With both, however, when I issued the command
"sudo make install" I received the message: "some files needed for
installation are missing".
I won't send the ModemData.txt file again. It should be attached to my
earlier post.
Any suggestions?
