For the alternative dialout, just add a three lines to
/etc/wvdial.conf  a set of lines like:

[dialer IP2]
Phone = phoneIP2
Login  =  LoginNameIP2
Password  =  passwordIP2

and dial out to IP2 with
wvdial  IP2

> For this part, I believe Marv can give you a better explanation.  I believe that the modules in question are taken over by hsf driver/alsa driver required so that the hsfmodem drivers can work.  I am not 100% certain, that is why Marv might give you better explanation.
