Do you have sound?

If you do, you need not bother with the drivers from Realtek.  Try the directions that Marv gave you, they are here,  except with lots of >>>

Try it in that order and if you get the same thing again, I would advise a resent of ModemData.txt to start again and hopefully get it right the next time.  Do not delete anything yet, try the above first and hopefully this time, it will work :)
