Barbieri
Try blacklisting  the snd-trident driver as previously described.THen reboot and$ sudo modprobe snd-intel8x0mshould load the drivers required for modem work.Check with$ lsmod grep snd

 Then run$ ./scanModemand send us the new ModemData.txt
