Artur,
Try adding to /etc/ppp/optionsusepeerdns
Note that bk.ru has numerical IP address 194.67.45.190$ ping -c 2 194.67.45.190PING 194.67.45.190 (194.67.45.190) 56(84) bytes of data.64 bytes from 194.67.45.190: icmp_seq=1 ttl=52 time=137 ms64 bytes from 194.67.45.190: icmp_seq=2 ttl=52 time=140 ms---does not require DNS translation, and would confirm CONNECTion to your IP
  while$ ping -c 2 bk.ruPING bk.ru (194.67.45.190) 56(84) bytes of data.64 bytes from dragon.mail.ru (194.67.45.190): icmp_seq=1 ttl=52 time=136 ms64 bytes from dragon.mail.ru (194.67.45.190): icmp_seq=2 ttl=52 time=137 ms-----does require DNS translation
The DNS can be set manually in /etc/resolv.conf with formatsearch YourDomainnameserver numerical_DNS_address
