I have HP Laptop with Win XP and ESS modem ES56H-PI. Under XP everything is working properly. I installed above XP Linux SU SE 10.0 (dual system). Everything is still working fine, except ESS modem under SU SE (I can’t connect to the internet in Linux mode) – driver is missing. On the net can’t find proper driver - including linmodems.org: this modem type is not supported on the driver list.
