Hello Jacques, I repeated the test with wvdial as you requested but the outcome is virtually identical, NO CARRIER after slmodem saying something like: V8AGC, overflow = 0xfffffde2, V8: Time Out Waiting For ANSam... I tried with Stupid Mode set to 1 and 0, both to the same effect.
