Many thanks.
I followed the Firas' instruction and now I can run:
# slmodemd -c ITALY --alsa modem:1
and even:
# wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf
ttySL0<*1>: ATQ0 V1 E1 -- OK
ttySL0<*1>: ATQ0 V1 E1 Z -- OK
ttySL0<*1>: ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 -- OK
ttySL0<*1>: ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 -- OK
ttySL0<*1>: ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 -- OK
ttySL0<*1>: ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0 -- OK
ttySL0<*1>: Modem Identifier: ATI -- SmartLink Soft Mod

So now do I have to work on wvdial.conf?
[Dialer Defaults]
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0
Modem = /dev/ttySL0
Phone = 7020187187
Idle Seconds = 300
Password = telecom
Modem Type = Analog Modem
Stupid Mode = 1
Compuserve = 0
Baud = 460800
Auto DNS = 1
Dial Command = ATDT
Ask Password = 0
ISDN = 0
Username = telecom
Carrier check = no

Some questions:

0 - First time (after I run wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf)I run wvdial I get:
Modem initialized.
--> Idle Seconds = 300, disabling automatic reconnect.
--> Sending: ATDT7020187187
--> Waiting for carrier.
ATDT7020187187
--> Timed out while dialing. Trying again.
--> Sending: ATDT7020187187
and so on..

1 - Username and Password have to be between ""? I tryed but no changes.

2 - I tryed to add X3 inside init 2, even changing +FCLASS=0 with +MS=34 or +MS=90,
in both trial I get "Modem non found"

If someone have some ideas?
