TTY is `/dev/pts/1' followed by an infinite number of messages like this: error: cannot set channels for playback: Invalid argument I go in minicom and type atdt30095525 and it only returns NO CARRIER . The phone line cable is properly connected like when I tried it under Windows. What can be the problem now? Are you sure this is the right driver? In Windows it says Agere HDA. -- Regards, Manuel Lemos Metastorage - Data object relational mapping layer generator http://www.metastorage.net/ PHP Classes - Free ready to use OOP components written in PHP http://www.phpclasses.org/
