Dell hasn't updated the hsfmodem package to support 2.6.22-14-generic
yet.  But you can install a 2.6.20-16-generic Feisty kernel  through
http://packages.ubuntu.com/
 and then the hsfmodem software will work fine.

Check the Dell site periodically and let us know when they have
updated to 2,6.22 support.

Alternatively you can buy a full speed hsfmodem package from www.linuxant.com
