Umar Please test with wvdialconf rather than minicom. After loading the drivers, set a symbolic link # ln -sf /dev/ttyAGS3 /dev/ ttySAGS3 as wvdialconf will test /dev/ttyS* ports. Test with # wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf if the modem is found # gedit /etc/wvdial.conf putting in your dialout info.
