Maurizio,

Please do the boot with the 2.6.20-16-generic kernel
for which there is from your previous report
 /lib/modules/2.6.20-16-generic/build
which should be a symbolic link to needed resources at
 /usr/src/linux-headers/2.6.20-16-generic

Then retest as before
