Samad, Your modem seems supported with the slmodemd driver. Carefully read http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/smartlink/Ubuntu/slamr_Read.txt and download http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/smartlink/Ubuntu/slamr-2.6.20-15-generic.tar.gz and read the instructions given. You should be setup to go. $ sudo wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf should find your modem at /dev/ttySL0. Then edit wvdial.conf and configure your own username, and password. Add a line Carrier Check = no to your wvdial.conf file. If you have further difficulties please write back.
