Nick, Just follow Robert CLark's tables:http://xmodem.org/ -> Chipsets -> Linux etc.. -> Conexant -> RS56/SP and you will even see a photo of your chip, in a number of different integrations. Some arrangements are HSF, others are HCF. Both HSF and HCF drivers are available from Linuxant, for free if you can live with 14.4 kbaus and no fax.
