help for modem driver

Hi !

I am using Thinkpad R51 model no.2887 MQ6. It is loaded with ubuntu 6.10.
Please help me to find necessary driver for the modem so that I can
make dial up internet connection. I am sending modemData.txt amd dmsg.txt.
