I have an Agere.DSP internal modem in my HP Compaq Laptop running on a
Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 4 WS system kernel 2.6.9-42.0.8.EL which I am trying
to find
modem driver. The scanModem output suggests using a martian driver,
but when I
tried to rebuild the martian rpm drivers I received an error stating a
kernel >=
2.6.13 was needed. I looked at the ltmodem packages, but could not
determine
which one was needed for this kernel. Could you provide me with the
correct
driver needed?
