Ok, it works,
I use an external large keyboard, and I need to press "fn" key even though I have independent function keys...
in order to have "779" the right key code that LO expect.

That sounds like the case when Writer thinks the SW_DEBUG environment
variable is not set to something non-empty.
Try 'SW_DEBUG=1 soffice' from the (cygwin) cmdline, that should help.
