I have set SW DEBUG, english keyboard under CYGWIN but same behaviour than underlinux.
F12 call home directory, shift12 write letter E

That sounds like the case when Writer thinks the SW_DEBUG environment
variable is not set to something non-empty.
Try 'SW_DEBUG=1 soffice' from the (cygwin) cmdline, that should help.
