The version of vgabios seems to be correct. I downloaded 0.12.5 from
Sourceforge, and diff'ed vgabios.bin against the version inside the
chroot. Moreover, I started the VM with "-L <path>" to make sure that
the correct version was being used. The Xorg logs still showed "(II)
VESA(0): virtual address = (nil)".
