This is wrong.  Bits 60:58 are reserved in IA32_PERF_GLOBAL_OVF_CTRL, but are
ASCI, CTR_FREEZE, and LBR_FREEZE respectively in MSR_CORE_PERF_GLOBAL_STATUS.
