The thing is that KCMShell & KControl still exist in KDE-4.  However, 
someone thought that it would be great the give the Control Center a new 
name.

So, I would suggest that you pretend that you don't know anything and 
file the bug against "System Settings".

Slight problem there too.  All that is listed is:

	systemsettings-kde3

So, I tried to file a bug against BugZilla, which I have done before, 
and that didn't go well either.

Don't really know what to tell you except that I would try 
"systemsettings-kde3" and see what happens.  Also: handy hint that I 
have learned from experience.  Always have a local copy of what you 
write in BugZilla (the clipboard will do).
