Specify a font for konsole

Is it possible to specify a font on the command line for a konsole to
run with? The QT --font doesn't appear to work:

> konsole --font "-monotype-*-medium-r-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*"
WARNING: The Qt option -fn, --font has no effect.

Is there any non-interactive way of doing this?
