I'm still trying to find where the preferences are saved when you alter the behavior of what happens when you click a mouse button via the Window Behavior Control Panel within a KDE3 setup.
As closest I can find is the file in:
/opt/kde3/share/doc/HTML/en/kcontrol/windowmanagement
but this just looks to be the file the GUI uses to populate the titles ect..
