You need KDE 3.3 for that.

In KDE 3.2 you could try it with kstart and different Window Types. Not sure which Window Type would be the right one however.

I don't see the setting you mentioned, I'm using SLES 9 running KDE 3.2

When I right click on the windows title I can choose configure window
behaviour, but there are no options regarding window resize.

By individual window I can right click, advance and turn off window border.
This stop windows resize but also stop window movement.

There must be a way to do this.

The reason for this is simple.

I don't want my users to be able to change any aspect of the desktop &
desktop layout I've provided for them.

We have 2 or 3 custom application that run better in konsole or

konqueror if

the window size is not changed.

The reason for not changing the size of an OpenOffice window is to

maintain

a consistant look to the desktop.

So, now I've explained, it is possible and if so how ??

Right click on a window title, choose configure window manager -> window-specific settings ___________________________________________________ . Account management: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde. Archives: http://lists.kde.org/. More info: http://www.kde.org/faq.html.
