Tommie, Drakconf will only ask you to "Insert CD4" if it thinks you have it. Remove it from your "Media Manager." (Go into the "Software Management" section of drakconf and click on "Media Manager" be sure to un-check the 4th cd.) Try to install your upgrades now, perhaps it will be forced to grab the files off the Internet. If you haven't installed external (Internet) package sources Easy Urpmi is a really easy way to do that: http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/ (I think "Main" will contain the KDE packages.) Be sure to click on "Media Manager" and update the Internet sources periodically so you will have access to new stuff. -=geoff ps, there are lots of other package servers you can find.
