Re: How to add a menu item visible for ALL users?

As a regular user I add a new item to the KDE menu. But I cannot find a
new .desktop file inside any of the ~/.kde directories. The only file that
seems to be changed is 
    ~/.kde/share/config/kmenueditrc
but this doesn't have any relevant information about menu entries.

Where does SuSE 9.0 stores user added KDE menu items?
