[PULL] gvt-fixes for 4.20-rc2

Hi,

Here's re-generated -fixes pull for 4.20. Mostly on fixing
possible guest arbitrary update of GGTT entries, with one mask
fix for chicken register, and with one to fix eDP warning in guest.
