Yes, I had a chat with Rodrigi and Jani regarding the same thing earlier.
Because even if I keep it one line, the checkpatch gives a warning of line
being over 80 chars. Which one these warnings can be safely ignored and what
would be the general convention - keeping it longer than 80 chars or 
having split quoted string.
