Don't forget that you need to reload cyrus after a renewal. So something like this:
#!/bin/bash
set -u
[ -n "${RENEWED_DOMAINS}" ] || exit 0
[ -n "${RENEWED_LINEAGE}" ] || exit 0/usr/sbin/service cyrus-imapd reload
somewhere like that:
/etc/letsencrypt/renewal-hooks/deploy/99-cyrus-reload.shlg
Hmm, I don't do that, and I don't have problems after renewing the certifcate.
Maybe Cyrus reloads sometimes?
We run all Cyrus processes with the flag -U 20, so the processes to indeed restart periodically. If you don't use such a flag, I believe they wouldn't.
