Hi,
the ^ is the internal representation for the dot as, depending on the
unixhierarchysep
option in the imapd.conf, the dot can be the a normal character that
is allowed in a folder name,
it can be the hierachy separator. In the later case it can not be used
in a foldername.
Quoting uli.schellhaas@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:
Hello, it wouldnt work with a dot in the username, without a dot it
works. can i change this behaviour ?
a dot gets like "converted" to ^
