Replication from 2.4 to 3.4: failed to parse message and missing cache offset errors

Hello

Try to migrate a big setup (2.3TB total mailboxes size) from 2.4.20 to 3.4.3 using replication method. Few mailboxes has an issue while replicating: replica logs a series of errors like

Jul 11 16:27:17 rhino cyrus/syncserver[24831]: IOERROR: missing cache offset: mailbox=<user.aafanasieva> uid=<127004> func=<mailbox_cacherecord_internal>
Jul 11 16:27:17 rhino cyrus/syncserver[24831]: IOERROR: failed to parse message: mailbox=<user.aafanasieva> uid=<127004> syserror=<No such file or directory> func=<mailbox_cacherecord_internal>
Jul 11 16:27:17 rhino cyrus/syncserver[24831]: IOERROR: missing cache offset: mailbox=<user.aafanasieva> uid=<127005> syserror=<No such file or directory> func=<mailbox_cacherecord_internal>
Jul 11 16:27:17 rhino cyrus/syncserver[24831]: IOERROR: failed to parse message: mailbox=<user.aafanasieva> uid=<127005> syserror=<No such file or directory> func=<mailbox_cacherecord_internal>

Master's sync_client does not log any errors and exits successfully. Comparing message files list at master and replica I see some messages absent at replica's partitions. If I repeat sync_client run the replication goes forward but does not replicate absent messages. If I erase the mailbox at replica using sync_reset and run mailbox replication from scratch, the problem is still here, but message UIDs are different.

All  such mailboxes are user INBOX'es. Mostly they contain some thousands of messages. Master is at heavy loaded production server.

How can I diagnose the problem?

Regards, Ivan
