Is it possible for us to grab a copy of these utilities without compiling Cyrus by ourselves or waiting until the debian package maintainer includes them?

cyr_ls
relocate_by_id

In other words, as long as we have installed 3.6.0~beta2-1 could we possibly just grab a copy and use them?

I looked at github and could not find them in the 3.6.0 branch.
