Hi SM,

Thank you for your email.  We'll look into the gap and appreciate you pointing it out.  We do intend to keep what we can transparent, but as with life, some things fall int he cracks at times.  We'll work to get this resolved in terms of the financial statements.  As the treasurer, it's all been business as usual.  You should just see a repeated pattern from month to month of expected expenses.

We'll discuss the disclosures and get back to you as I don't want to respond for everyone until we have time to discuss.

Best regards,
Kathleen

Dear IETF Trust,

I was browsing your web site and I noticed that the last monthly
financial statements is dated August 2019.  Could the statements
after that month be published on the web site?

I could not find the Disclosure Forms mentioned in one of your
policies on your web site.    I found that odd as the IETF
Administration LLC publishes individual-level disclosures.  Could the
trustees consider publishing the Disclosure Forms?

Regards,
S. Moonesamy
