[ rathole alert ] on the subject of affiliation, you may want to look at academic paper submission conflicts. a submitter knocks out tpc (technical program committee) reviwers if they: have worked on a peper or project together in the last few years, have been affiliated with the same organisation (no, i did not say "primary"), ... [ there is an ugly side effect. if you have been in a field for a while, and have mature co-authors, conflicts may knock out all the tpc members who have sufficient clue in your subfield to give a clueful review. ] randy
