Hi Sarah,

The procedures of RFC Series Oversight Committee states that the 
committee is responsible for overseeing the RSE.  I took a look at a 
few of the reports which was sent by the IAB.  None of the reports 
mentioned that there hasn't been any performance review of the RSE 
since the last four years.  Who is responsible for the non-compliance 
with RFC 6635?
