I read the emails which you sent about the topic. I was somewhat
surprised by the initial email as there are procedures specified in
RFC 7776 [1] to address the topic. It is expected that those
procedures are well-advertised so that a person who encountered such
a problem can contact someone who can help him/her. Written
communication is not the ideal means of communication to understand
what happened. It could also be awkward for the person to do
that. I hope that you have already received a positive response from
the person(s) responsible for the RFC 7776 procedures.
