Is it not sufficient to state that as a matter of policy all ISOC email communication must originate from isoc.org email addresses, and so comments from non-isoc.org email addresses are not to be construed as ISOC position statements unless otherwise stated? This has a parallel in WG chairs walking to the line for non-chair comments.
