Eliot, while I agree with you about the value of diversity for our
various leadership bodies, I read this document as being about
behavioral aspects of our leadership.
I don't think you intended diversity in terms of behavior (shall we
require at least one arrogant insulter, and at least one quiet stabilizer?)
So I doubt it belongs in this document.
