By simply ignoring those requests in the scheduling process.

I've found Friday morning meetings to be very useful. Firstly
there are fewer lookers-on and secondly they run efficiently
because nobody wants them to over-run.

(That applies up to about 11:30 a.m. Later than that, people really are
eager to get to the airport.)
